The people behind it
TrainBox started with our founder, Ash, and a simple curiosity about how people think and what helps them do their best work. He spent years building Anatomy, a studio that helps pharma and life sciences teams communicate better. The same request kept landing on his desk: give our people somewhere to rehearse the tough conversations. So he built it. TrainBox is that idea, grown into its own company, with a real team behind it who care about the same thing.
What we do
TrainBox is a daily coach that works alongside your team. Everyone gets a private space to practise, with feedback the moment they finish. It handles the routine admin on its own, and it gives managers a clear view of who is doing well and who needs support, without building a single report.
